Yoga with Han

Privacy

This page explains what happens to your personal information. It is written to be read, not to be skipped. Last updated 29 August 2026.

The short version

This website collects nothing. It has no database, no accounts, no contact form and no cookies. It is a set of fixed pages. Visiting it leaves nothing behind about you.

Booking a class happens on Momoyoga, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Asking about a private session happens by email. Those two are where any information about you actually goes, and both are covered below.

Who is responsible

Yoga with Han is a sole trader business run by Han, teaching yoga at Blackbrook Barns, London Road, Weeford, Lichfield WS14 0PS. Han is the data controller, which means she decides what is collected and why. You can reach her at yogawithhan@gmail.com.

If you book a class

Bookings are taken through Momoyoga, a Dutch company that provides booking software for yoga teachers. When you book, you give your details to Momoyoga, not to this website. Typically that means your name, email address, the classes you book and any payments you make.

Han can see that information because she runs the studio account, and she uses it to know who is coming, to hold your space, and to let you know if a class is cancelled. The lawful basis is contract — you asked for a place in a class, and she cannot give you one without knowing who you are.

Momoyoga stores that data on her behalf and sets its own retention periods and security arrangements. Their privacy policy is at momoyoga.com/privacy-policy, and it is worth a look, because for bookings they hold rather more about you than Han does.

If you email about a private session

Your email goes to Han’s inbox in the ordinary way. Whatever you choose to put in it — your name, where you live, anything you mention about an injury — sits there for as long as it is useful and is deleted when it is not. It is not entered into any system, not added to a mailing list, and not shared.

What is never collected

  • No cookies on this website, of any kind. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask you about.
  • No payment card details ever reach this website or Han. If you pay when booking, that is handled by Momoyoga and its payment provider.
  • No advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no marketing list.
  • No health information is asked for. If you tell Han about an injury, that is a conversation between the two of you.

Who else is involved

  • Momoyoga — holds bookings and takes payments.
  • Vercel — serves these pages, and counts anonymous page visits. That counting uses no cookies and cannot identify you.
  • Google — only if you choose to click the map link in the footer, at which point you are on Google’s website under their terms, not Han’s.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond this unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask Han to:

  • tell you what she holds about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete it
  • stop using it for a particular purpose

Email yogawithhan@gmail.com and she will sort it out within a month, at no charge. For anything held inside your Momoyoga account, you can also deal with Momoyoga directly.

If you are not happy

Please tell Han first — most things are a misunderstanding and are quicker to fix directly. If that does not resolve it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
